Enjoyed the tune, but the performance lacks oomph imho. There's really no change in intensity throughout. Chorus feels the same as verses. I potentially hear an 80s-influenced rock ballad in there if you wanted to go that route (some guitars, more kicking drums, etc), but I think the song would best be served by more contrast between parts, and swells of energy/intensity.
